The Breakfast of Champions

Often I think what should I have for breakfast? Fresh fruit and fruit juice? A croissant and a coffee? Porridge and a glass of water? Often I run out of time and don’t make anything and go for a yoghurt or cereal. This is a kop out on my part. It’s lazy and uninspiring.

Given the time, the breakfast of choice has to be scrambled eggs on toast with a bit of smoked salmon to top. It’s a meal to really kick start the day and fuels me up until lunch time.

We should all make time for breakfast and time to start our day, get up 20 minutes earlier to allow yourself time to really enjoy the start to your day.
