Taylors sits on Gloucester Green, right by the main walkway to the bus station, and used to be called Harveys. It is an ideal place for lunch and is never too busy, but always busy enough with punters grabbing a sandwich from the excellent ingredients on offer.
We opted to try some of the different fillings on offer for a baguette, and went for pesto chicken with mozzarella, tomatoe and bacon and had it nicely toasted and the end product was fantastic (see picture!) and did not disappoint.
Once you’ve had a sandwich or salad, the range of cakes and cookies on offer are well worth a try.
Al l in all it is the ideal place to grab a quick bite to eat and watch the world go by as visitors arrive and depart from Oxford through Gloucester Green.
